Welcome to the Old Fashion Halloween digital Image Archive! We are busily restoring and digitizing our ever-growing collection of antique cards, photos and memorabilia for your use and enjoyment.

Images are available in two sizes. Series A images contain, on average, 341,500 total pixels and are suitable for small prints or the internet. Series B images contain, on average, 3.5 Megapixels and are suitable for larger prints.

After purchasing, image files will be sent to you via email (or CD in the case of the Image Archive Collection) with a resolution of 72 dpi and JPEG compression. They must be resized for printing (raise the resolution and lower the image size).

Please remember, all images are sold "as-is" and there is a firm "no-return" policy on all image purchases.

Once purchased, you can do almost anything that you want with our pictures - with a few exceptions.

1) You can use our images to make and sell all the cards, mugs or T-shirts that you wish, but please don't sell them as clip art. You are buying the right to use an image or images for your own projects, but not to compete with us by giving or selling the image(s) to others for them to use for their projects.

2) You can use our images in print or on the web, but don't put large images on your web page that others could download and print. Our 350,000 pixel maximum for digital presentation is there to prevent others from stealing our images from your web page.

Old Fashion Halloween and the Old Fashion Halloween Image Archive are owned and operated by Dragonfly Design Studio. All elements and content of this site, including images and general design, are owned by Dragonfly Design Studio and are protected by international copyright laws.

By purchasing the right to use images from this web site or from our CD collection, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use set forth below. Dragonfly Design Studio reserves the right to update, alter or modify the Terms Of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such updates, alterations or modifications.

• Your right of usage under this agreement is the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use the Old Fashion Halloween Image Archive images (hereafter referred to as Images) which you have purchased, in whole or in part, for yourself or your clients.
• Once purchased, Images may be used for any purpose, in any media, commercial or noncommercial, as many times as you like (other than as noted below).
• All persons and equipment accessing Images must be at one physical location and be operating under one organization.
• You may not use the Images in any way that competes with our image service. Images may not be rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any form intended to allow further reproduction or reuse, such as (but not limited to) clip-art books or web-sites, FTP format, stock imagery, etc. You agree to take all steps necessary to prevent any third party from duplicating the Images.
• You may not give permission, stated or implied, to download and save Images from your web site or your clients web site.
• You may not display Images in any digital format (such as a web page) at a resolution or image size greater than 350,000 pixels total (height times width) except in preliminary design work not accessible to the public. This is meant to prevent accidental distribution or theft of our Images from your site.
• Images must not be used for pornographic, libelous, infringing or "illegal" purposes.
• Old Fashion Halloween makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Due to the historical and/or aged nature of our original material, all digital images are sold "as-is". Though most images have been "restored" to some extent, some degree of damage, soil, blur and fading may remain as a natural aspect of the image.
• Old Fashion Halloween is not liable for any consequential, incidental, direct or other damages arising out of the use of our product, including any claim of a third party.
